3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. MAGMANIA reserves the right, at its discretion and for any reason, to accept or reject your order. An order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance. We may need to receive and process your payment before accepting your order.

Please review your order carefully before completing it. We may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted.

If we choose not to accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided.

Returns and exchanges are handled only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

You represent and warrant that the products you purchase are for personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export.

4. Pricing and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Product prices are determined at the time of order placement and reflected in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, handling charges, duties, or import fees.

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to you when the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.
