Shipping policy

Shipping Carrier

Orders are delivered via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
Please note: Due to air transport restrictions on fragrances, deliveries to Okinawa and other remote islands may require additional time.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within Japan only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after the order is confirmed.

  • No shipments are made on weekends, national holidays, or store-designated holidays.

  • Pre-order or out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as they arrive.

Shipping Fee

Flat rate: ¥1,000 (tax included)

Additional charges may apply for certain remote areas such as isolated islands.

Delivery Date and Time Selection

You may choose from the following time slots at checkout:

  • Morning

  • 14:00–16:00

  • 16:00–18:00

  • 18:00–20:00

  • 19:00–21:00

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic conditions, or carrier circumstances.

Long Absence or Refusal of Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered due to customer circumstances, it will be held for 7 days (including the first attempted delivery day).
If unclaimed, the package will be automatically returned to us.

If you wish to have the order reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us by email (info@magmania.jp) within 7 days of delivery.
After confirming the situation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

  • Due to air transport restrictions on fragrances, delivery may require more time than usual.

  • Changing the delivery address after shipment may incur additional charges depending on the carrier’s policy.

  • If there are issues with the order information or delivery address, shipment may be delayed or canceled.
